The Social Education for Economic Development Initiative (S.E.E.D.), is a Virginia 501(c)3 non-profit organization founded by Frank Moseley II on March 5, 2020. The SEED Initiative is a call to action to remove the barriers that adversely impact economic growth for low to moderate income African Americans adults in Virginia.

Our mission is to positively impact economic growth for low to moderate income African Americans adults in Virginia.
Vision
Our vision is to develop an alternative training and education system for the 21st Century Green Energy Economy, that cultivates economic growth for underserved communities of color.
Approach
Our approach utilizes both Social Education, through both online and in person training; coupled with wraparound support, job placement, and wealth building opportunities for Economic Development.
